Besides the advice, our cutting specialist can demonstrate the tools in action through this new service.”
Starrett Cutting Solutions provides a real time calendar where you can book available 15 min slots initially with a view to extend after the introductory period, to discuss product application or information and speak directly with our professional Tech Team.
Graham our Technical Support Team Leader explains “we understand all too well the importance of being able to explain and demonstrate how to use a product properly and show its capabilities, with COVID 19 restrictions and lockdown we have not been able to do this, so having this new initiative where you can book an appointment with us face to face ‘virtually’, talk to us and even show us any problems or issues you may be having is the next best thing.
