The Primalloy™ bandsaw blade is designed for heavy-duty cutting applications. The cutting performance of the high-speed steel is greatly increased through alloying teeth with cobalt and vanadium. This offers a longer blade life, with a higher quality surface finish, increases the heat resistance and wear resistance, plus makes it easy to penetrate hard and difficult to machine materials.

Primalloy provides superiority in overall wear and operating life without the expense of carbide-tip solutions. With Extended Life Treatment (EXT) functionality, the Primalloy bandsaw minimises blade replacement, thus cutting costs, resulting in steadier production.
