Advanz FS & TS

Carbide Tipped band saw blade Advanz blades are offered as Foundry Saw (FS) and Tool Steels (TS). Both FS and TS are designed for sawing tough materials that bi-metal blades won't cut. Teeth have high quality, micro-grained carbide cylinders welded to a tough, ductile back for exceptional wear resistance.

Features and Benefits:

FS: A unique carbide cylinder, selected for its toughness, shock and wear resistance, is welded to a tough, ductile back. The result is a carbide tipped blade that allows faster, smoother cutting at a lower cost on a variety of materials.

TS: A carbide cylinder, specifically selected for its extreme resistance to wear and heat, along with high hardness teeth. TS provides faster and smoother cutting at a lower cost on very difficult to machine metals.
