Carbide Grit Carbide Grit band saw blade

Our continuous edge carbide grit blade is ideal where there is a need to obviate chipping on brittle materials or on sections below 10mm.  Our gulleted blade should be used on larger sections to facilitate swarf removal.

Features and Benefits:

  • Tungsten Carbide Grit particles nickel-braze bonded to a tough fatigue resistant alloy steel backing strip.
  • For use on a wide range of hard, abrasive materials where a conventional toothed blade is ineffective.

Cutting Tips:

  • Use coolant to prolong blade life.
  • Turn blade inside out occasionally for extended blade life.
